Necromancers Arise! Revive the Dying Forum!!

So....... We (meaning not only me) pretty much noticed how the forum slowly  so we though on making a vote on who can revive (and maintain it revived) the most posts.

so:

(1) the candidates chosen were nominated based on people i've noticed were pretty much active.

(2) members can also nominate others (including themselves) which they think deserves the spot.   

(3) the last candidate may be "dropped down" if many had noticed that THAT candidate has become less active 

and  lastly

(4) candidates are replaced (or remain) each month depending on their performance and the votes are reset to zero (0). (which makes it feel like an Oscar award  )

so............LET THE ELECTIONS BEGIN!!

But I think the main problem is that their main site's URL somehow got set to redirect to something crazy. o_o Which results in that weird error page. And I say weird because it doesn't even have an Error Code.
