She said she want to try Translator, cleaner, and proofreader. o-o
She's taking Japanese lessons at a saturday school she goes to every week. She understand the basics of cleaner and redrawing. She is actually really good at proofreading; especially when some hands her a huge essay.
I was going to invite another friend at my school, she's an editor. hmm, should I? . . .I actually know a lot of people who can help out; they just too lazy to join and do te work. :3
I will probably go asking around my "Anime Club" members if they know how to "edit manga".  And ask them to join for the heck of it.
