Well, I'm going to go by series because I know there are a few in which I loved many of its songs.

FMA: Both the old and new ones. I pretty much love all the opening and ending songs, movie songs (Laruka~) and a couple of others in the OST. It doesn't help that it introduced me to many artists which are now my favourites, which resulted in me actually buying the FMA collection of OP+END songs. And all the songs describe FMA rather well. But I shall only rant about my fav-favourites. *shot*

Melissa by Porno Graffitti is terribly catchy and really PG-signature-style. Akihito's voice is so good, even in lives, it's so amazing. Haruichi writes really good lyrics. They're a 2-member band now, but back then Tama was also inside hence you see 3 people. XD" Sadly, people only seem to like this song by them and not others. Why~~ T_T (OP 1, PV)

again by YUI I admit I don't really like YUI's voice...*bricked by fans* But sometimes, it works really well for me. Brilliant rock song (yes, rock) and it went really well with the FMA OP animation, which was amazing. And I'm easily pleased when the lyrics go with the anime itself. (Brotherhood OP 1, PV)

The first one is beautiful. T_T (I still remember someone doing a video of it but replacing it with Pandora Hearts characters XD) CRY NO MORE is lovely too, zomg. Mika is so versatile and her doing a slow, blue-sy song was just love 'cos her voice just shines. The only thing is the TV version doesn't show the brilliance of the bridge in the full version. And Angela Aki...oh gosh This Love is amazing. Another beautiful song with beautiful lyrics. But sadly, you don't hear the bridge in the TV version and This Love's bridge was really touching in the full version. (In other words, go watch the full version~) Brand New Map seems so out compared to the previous three. I mean suddenly here comes an upbeat, soulful song. >__>" Anyway I love K's voice and Brand New Map is a hopeful song - it just seems lacking after hearing those first three endings!
