hello there. i'm going to post these up after much thought. haha. hope your eyes dont corrode :3
these were done quite some time ago, i can't draw myself, i can only copy pictures. :( but i can't credit the pictures cause i really have no idea where they're from. if you do know, please let me know! >< but i hope one day i'll be able to make something of my own  
as i dont have a scanner, dont mind the quality of the pictures ><

i did draw girls before, just that i haven't taken their pictures yet. i'd much rather draw guys though  

oh wait yes i have tried drawing my own before! there was just this once i kind of succeeded. at least it didn't look aweful. but i dont know where my sketch went. shall post it up tmr after i find it somewhere on/in my messy table :D

i take this back. i just found it and it didn't look as... nice as i thought it was. hahahaha. but anyhow, it's still going up here tmr.

Okay, this isn't exactly a sketch. so i was bored. and i decided to try my hand at colouring for the first time. so i was looking through switchgirl chapters and thought this page was pretty nice. and i started working on it. obviously it came out quite... erm. bad. i know there's lots of room for improvement. so please shoot everything you have at me. :D

by the way, i left out the eyes. cause i tried 320498230498 ways to colour it and it just didn't work. any tips?

Here is a better way of rendering the lines:

Make the background a normal layer, go to channels, press the little button at the bottom that looks like a circle made out of dots and press delete. Create a new white layer underneath and you have the previous image only separated. Optional: lock the transparency and fill with black. It makes the lines look thicker and usually it's better. Then you just start making layers for each colour or shade between the background and the lines.

As for the eyes, it's better to redraw them, because the original won't look good if only coloured.

Alright, so I was going through my files and I found this page which I did a long time ago, it was part of the cleaner's test for Loyal Kiss. And it was a page that I spend the longest time doing out of my whole scanlation life. It was a nightmare, as the cloning was just... O_____O?!?!

So here's how it turned out :) I was pretty happy with it.
