Basically, who is authorized to upload chapters to manga reading sites?  And do we have protocol dictating permission-granting, restrictions, etc?

Wasn't there a policy on the site?
I think it said you can upload chapters onto sites like mangafox, onemanga and stuff after three days without permission, and any other site should ask first.
Or maybe I interpreted it wrong...
Oh wow.. so they're iphone earpods? Wait, I mean, earrings! No! EARPHONES!!! I MEANT EARPHONES!
