Flower Boy Next Door (Korean Romantic Comedy)

It's about a young woman who basically has agoraphobia due to a past trauma and rarely leaves her apartment. She's infatuated with the man who lives across the street, and watches him all the time. When his younger brother comes to visit him and catches her spying, he tries really hard to break down her barriers.

There's a hint of romance between them, but as of chapter 7, where I am now, nothing has developed. The man who lives next door to her, though, is in love with her and wants to slowly get to know her so as not to shock her and drive her away, so he can't confess.

The whole thing is hilarious and cute and full of eyecandy and I really REALLY wanted to share this one. Here are screen caps of my favorite scene:
