Oh boy! This is a topic and a half!  I find I go through periods where I either don't have time to read manga, or else I am just more interested in spending my spare time doing something else (say, reading books, knitting, arts and crafts, watching films, gaming,  whatever), so I can easily drop even series I love for months, even years. But just like you never really stop loving a friend who moved away, I find myself coming back to series afterwards to pick up. And in the mean time I often pick up lots of one shots or short series that I may well forget.

Nabari no Ou did finish! It finished sometime last year after a really long hiatus in scanlation, lol. I was obsessed with it at one point but lost interest because it took so long to finish translating orz

You should use myanimelist! I use it and it's SOOOOO helpful. It keeps track of everything I'm reading/watching/have read/have watched :))

Ah really? I should catch up on it soon! I love the sense of completion you get when a long series ends. It's sad because you have to say goodbye to characters you get fond of, but it's nice to find out everything that happens at the end :) and I know it's easy to get a bit bored of series if they go on hiatus or slow down, but I do fall back in love with them again when I catch up :)

I just might use animelist. It's getting more and more difficult to remember everything I've enjoyed. It's hard to recommend series to friends when the only ones you remember are the ones you've read last XD

I know how you feel, I tend to note down every completed manga I read in a list as soon as I finish them, unless they are not noteworthy or just too short. animelist sounds nice, is it easy to use?

I USE MYANIMELIST. it's a godsend, honestly. but yeah there's a manga app called mangastorm~ (or something like that). i don't usually use it though, only when i'm really lazy and feel like reading manga in bed on my phone lol. and omg you're a noblesse fan too? geez i feel like i'm the only one at EG scans who hasn't read it LOL... -recently became a proofer there too- @_@ everyone says it's amazing, but i've read like 9 chapters and i got bored...
