Why are my topics always locked?

Well, I know about locking topics, but I created a topic in Graphic Showroom, and well it doesn't even have any comments about my work yet. But its locked. Why is it locked? And I also want to know, why is it that most of my topics that I made are locked? I mean, am I doing something wrong?

But most of the time, Lily would be the one locking my topics.
But this is time its weird. Cause no comments, and its locked.

I didn't lock the renny vs nibbpower thread this time though. Maybe it was just an accident? ._.

I always find it strange when topics get locked... specially in the help corner.... I always think leave it open for other people who have a similar problem to post there so you don't end up with lots of topis that are really similar...

  Well, I think its best for the owners of the topic to lock it, if the question has been solved.
Because you wouldn't know if you lock the person topic, BUT the person still has problems. (:
