OMG V for Vendetta!! Hehe. Just because of that I will try to make you one! I looked through the folder of pictures you provided, and uh, I can't color anything, so I decided to use the first picture with the brown haired girl wearing pink or the picture of the really adorable blonde guy wearing blue. I will be taking textures and other things from deviant,; sleeping on an idea tonight!

LOL. I used the pinky haired girl's picture instead because the other ones looked strange when I resized them >_>..yes! Well, here is what I did. I only used two textures from deviantArt, but I used them over a lot xd. And I found some lovely brushes to add to it! I made two, one with the brushes and one without and then for both I also removed the V for Vendetta thing so you could see it. I hope it's not to bright and pink for your taste D:! I also still have the .psds if you want them as a base and want to work on them by yourself :0!
