New Korean Translator (Sinamon)

hi all!

pleased to meet all of you. i am a new addition to the staff and will be translating korean manhwa's to english (or at least doing my best to). though i prefer reading japanese mangas, i am happy to lend some time to translating korean manhwas so that i can have an excuse to read those as well. next year, i am heading to korea to teach english there so i think this will be good practice for me, too. though i can read and speak korean fluently, i do need to practice reading more since i don't get much of a chance to unless i purposefully make myself read a korean publication.

i hail from southern california and am an anime and manga nut. being a chick, i do enjoy a josei anime/manga every now and then but i typically like action-packed sci-fi, historical or fantasy shonen and seinen stuff  my favorites so far are darker than black, samurai champloo, rurouni kenshin, hellsing and d.gray-man.

i hope i will be able to be of good use to the staff as i start off on this new adventure. have a great thanksgiving!!
