Do u take a break when u reach an exciting/suspense part in manga ???

For me, yes.. i hav to take a break...
This make my interest increase in that manga ("here comes the suspense!") by makin myself miserable and thinkin non-stop bout wat next. XD
Beside, it give a better 'digestion' on the interestin part rather than rushing on it..
My last reason will be to give my over-excited eyes a rest ^_^

And unless the manga's really good, by the time I come back to it, it's not as exciting for me.

I basically grind through a series in a day, and if I only finish half of the series in that one day,
I drop it. O___o I don't like reading manga. So why do I do it?

i just lucky to have friends that crazy about manga as much as i do... 
its much easier to discuss with someone that have same level of interest as you...
but still manga like VK is really hard to explain... it also happen to me sometimes...
Normally i just tell them to read by themselves first...

All I see while reading manga is bad cleaning, un centered text, untranslated SFX...
Then I see bad grammar... and it ruins my day. No longer read manga like I used to. D:<

once i read a manga that doen't even been cleaned and the grammar so lousy.. it really ruined my mood to read... 

But what to do?? Since im so so so deeply obsessed with manga, no matter how bad or terrible the quality is, i'll try and force myself to finish it up (complaining non-stop while reading..hehe)

I usually read a manga straight through to the end if I can. Hell, i wa sdoing it in class lately too.    Not once was I discovered, though I suspected the teachers were on to me when they started trying to edge around my field of vision.

Besides, my class got like more than 50 students in it... So my lecturer don't have a clue about it...

I zip right through thrilling parts, but I do not handle awkward/embarrassing situations well because I feel all the pain and strain. So sometimes I have to put it down for a minute and work up the strength to get through. XD (It's the same for anime/movies. But not for books, somehow.)

Also, I have yet to finish my favorite manga. It's a slice-of-life with no terribly dramatic or awkward parts, but I stopped about 10 chapters away from the end, and never finished. I will someday. But for now, I don't want it to be over. T_T

Anyway, I usually plow through, if there are chapters avaliable. I only remember stopping for three mangas - the first is Mekakushi no Kuni when I cried in the first chapter; the second is in Inuyasha [spoiler]when Kagura died that so very ironic and tragic death ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;[/spoiler]; and the last was in the Korean webcomic Cheese in the Trap during that so very awkward moment in chapter 35. I... could not bring myself to scroll down - it was quite a challenging chapter. *__*;;
