Hmm... I might as well "list" the ones I've read. I say list, because I'm just linking my manga-updates list, because it takes too long.

I have 3 list categories...

Reading List (Up to date) - 166
http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=109816&list=read

Catching Up (Manga that is being caught up) - 320
http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=109816&list=user3

Favourites (Not exactly "favourites" just a reminder of interesting ones) - 31
http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?id=109816&list=user1

Which is about 517 manga that I've at least looked at. I probably have a bunch more I forgot to keep track of.. But meh. This doesn't include completed manga of course ^^;...
Three words... Oh My God. o______________o

They should be singing live. You can hear the shaky voice and heavy breathing.

Never been a big fan of T-ara. The song makes me puke. Gosh. I hate the songs where they intentionally try to be cute. That's not music. >[

I was going to comment yesterday, but I'm a lazy prick.  :=D:
Luv ya Cestra!

Pretty much what sharwin said.

Yeah. The lighting on the girl is from the upper right and the bird has it coming from the left from the looks of it, so it looks strange being put together. & The bird's tail has little whites that hasn't been erased. XD
But it's still beautiful~ *swoons*  :shy:

I'll pay you a quarter! Yes, the whole coin!

PS- Where are the legs? Arms? Where's the cotton ball tail?! ARGHHHHH!
LOL. God you are so hard to please! I'll add a tail then.  :=X:
Is it a shiny quarter? IS IT?

What do you want me to do with it?

Lols. Hoho~ *takes out pencil and paper*  :wahaha:

I consider my first anime Chobits though which I started in 7th grade. :x

I have Avatar on my hard-drive. The blu-ray one. It's 40+ gigs. x___x
But it's a good movie. My friend calls the graphics and animation smex for the eyes. XD

I had movie day this past monday. Movie hopping is awesome. I watched 5 movies in one day and for $6.  :wahaha:
Watched Death at a Funeral, Shrek Forever, Iron Man 2, Letters to Juliet, and Date Night. In that respective order too. That makes Date Night the last movie I watched.
I actually like Letters to Juliet it the best. Chick flicks ftw. :P

I lost count of the current manga that I am reading...

But the ones that read as soon as they are out are:

Bleach
Until Death Do Us Part
1/2 Prince
Kaichou wa Maid-Sama
Billion Princess
Vampire Knight
Faster Than a Kiss
Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu

And a bunch of other ones that I can't recall.
Lols. I have only heard of 1/2 Prince and Vampire Knight from that list. I gave up on VK though. Twilight killed the vampire thing for me.   :'(

Lifestyle / Re: High School
May 28, 2010, 00:33
Lols. You are going to die in high school with that mindset. I'm in college right now, and I'm through with all that high school stuff. Please do the things you listed because you want to and you enjoy it. Considering you are in honors, you're probably going to have a lot of work starting sophomore year and definitely in junior year. APs will start to kick in and you should spend time on your actual schoolwork. If you think you can handle it, then by all means. :'D
BUT high school is supposedly the best time of your life. *shrugs* It was just high school for me. I like college better. XD
Enjoy high school while you can.

I think you should try establishing an anime club if your future school doesn't have one.
And the student government election in my old high school was pretty much based on popularity. The students all had to maintain good grades as well. If you want to make it on the student gov't, you have to be outgoing and have name recognition. ^^

Good luck~

Woah, I had no idea Jay Chou could play the piano. :O

The instrument I wish I knew how to play is the piano. I have wanted to learn since ages ago, but never got lessons. I can play a few short songs by memory though. XD

I was forced to learn an instrument in high school, so I know the clarinet. I'm not sure I remember it anymore though.  :=D:

More fun~
MOM?

Mom?
The scariest thing that ever happened to me happened when I was 8 and had just convinced my parents to make give my brother his own room. Now, the two important things to understand before I tell this story are :
1)I was afraid of the dark, so I kept the hall light on all night and my door open
2)I could see the stairs that led to the main floor very clearly from my bed when the door was open.

Now, as I was saying, I had just gotten my brother to sleep in a different room for the first time ever, so I was a little scared. I had just woken up from a bad sleep and was a little groggy, so I sat up and started counting (a trick of my dad's to fall back asleep). I look out the door and see my mom going downstairs. Being 8, I decide to tell her I can't sleep, so I call her. She doesn't answer and goes right down the stairs, so I follow her. She goes around the corner at the bottom of the stairs (still not answering me) and, still following, I look. She isn't there. All the lights downstairs are off. The whole main floor is, presumably, empty. So I run to my parent's room to ask my dad what is going on, and there is my mum, sleeping. I woke her up to ask why she went downstairs and she had no idea what I was talking about.

I went back to my room, very scared and trying to fall back asleep, so I start counting. I look out the door again, and see my mum coming back up the stairs, then she looks at me. I just closed my eyes and couldn't open them for the rest of the night. It is still the most unsettling thing I have ever gone through. I can't even write it without getting chills.

---------------------------------

A young girl is left home alone with only her dog to protect her. When night approaches, she locks all the doors and tries to lock all the windows but one won't close.

She decides to leave it unlocked and goes to bed. Her dog takes its customary place under her bed.

In the deep of night she awakens to a dripping sound coming from the bathroom. The girl is too scared to go check so she reaches her hand under the bed. She feels a reassuring lick from her dog and falls back to sleep. She reawakens to the dripping sound, reaches her hand down to the dog where she feels the reassuring lick and falls back to sleep. Once more she awakens to the dripping sound. She reaches her hand down and feels the lick of her dog.

Now curious about the dripping sound, she gets up and slowly walks towards the bathroom, the dripping sound getting louder as she approaches. She reaches the bathroom and turns on the light. She is greeted by a horrific sight; hanging from the shower nozzle is her dog with its throat slit open and its blood dripping into the bathtub.

Something on the bathroom mirror catches her eye she turns around. Written on the bathroom mirror in her dog's blood are the words "HUMANS CAN LICK TOO".

--------------------------

There's a girl that lives on the 14th floor of an apartment: the top floor. One night she is going home in the elevator late at night and a man steps in with her. He begins talking to her and making small talk. He says he just moved in and lives on the 13th floor. She remarks that must be why she never saw him before and she lives the floor above him. When it arrives on the 13th floor he steps out, the doors close behind him but he turns around and smiles through the elevator door window, pulling out a knife from his jacket. He quickly runs off and heads up the stairs to the 14th floor, as the girl goes up in the elevator towards her inevitable death.

Lounge / Re: Horror Stories Room
August 30, 2009, 17:35
Ah~ This one is a similar story to the one Shiki posted, but it's a different version.

The Other Watcher
A man went to a hotel and walked up to the front desk to check in. The woman at the desk gave him his key and told him that on the way to his room, there was a door with no number that was locked and no one was allowed in there. Especially no one should look inside the room, under any circumstances. So he followed the instructions of the woman at the front desk, going straight to his room, and going to bed. The next night his curiosity would not leave him alone about the room with no number on the door. He walked down the hall to the door and tried the handle. Sure enough it was locked. He bent down and looked through the wide keyhole. Cold air passed through it, chilling his eye.
What he saw was a hotel bedroom, like his, and in the corner was a woman whose skin was completely white. She was leaning her head against the wall, facing away from the door. He stared in confusion for a while. He almost knocked on the door, out of curiosity, but decided not to. This disinclination saved his life. He crept away from the door and walked back to his room. The next day, he returned to the door and looked through the wide keyhole. This time, all he saw was redness. He couldn't make anything out besides a distinct red color, unmoving. Perhaps the inhabitants of the room knew he was spying the night before, and had blocked the keyhole with something red.
At this point he decided to consult the woman at the front desk for more information. She sighed and said, "Did you look through the keyhole?" The man told her that he had and she said, "Well, I might as well tell you the story. A long time ago, a man murdered his wife in that room, and her ghost haunts it. But these people were not ordinary. They were white all over, except for their eyes, which were red."

Grocery List
You get a phone call from your Mother. Since her car has been in the shop, she asks you to go to the grocery store and pick up a few odds and ends for her. Bread, milk, cereal, and chicken breasts.

After writing down a small list you reluctantly get in the car and pick up the items at the store. The lady cashier makes an odd remark to you: "You know, we're in no danger of a milk shortage."

Upon arriving at her house you knock several times. No answer. You decide to try the door. It opens. You place the grocery bag on the counter. Strange. There seems to be six other grocery bags, each with identical contents. In a couple, the chicken and the milk has gone bad. "Mom," you call out, but no answer. You make your way through the kitchen and into the living room.

Sitting on the couch, with her head cut off and neatly resting on her lap, is your Mother.

Naturally you call the police who come over to investigate. They mention that she has been dead for nearly a week. Furthermore, the police psychiatrist is at the scene and talks to you after you give your initial statement. Sitting on the front steps, you overhear the psychiatrist talking with the crime scene investigator. "It's not uncommon for people suffering from schizophrenia to get locked into a series of repetitive behaviors," he says.

You think to yourself, "They can't be talking about me. Schizophrenia? No way. Repetitive behavior? Do they think I did this?" Suddenly your cell phone goes off. "Hello?"

"Hi hun, it's me. Could you stop at the store and pick up some chicken and milk. Ohh, and I need some bread and cereal too."

"No problem Mom. I'll be right over..."

The Pile of Photographs
A young girl walking home from school found a small pile of Polaroid photos lying in the gutter. There were twenty in all, neatly wrapped in a rubber band. She picked them up, and as she walked she started to browse. The first photo was that of a ghostly white man on a black background, standing just far enough away from the camera that she couldn't make out his features.

The girl slid the photo to the back of the stack and looked at the next one. The photo was of the same man now standing a bit closer.

The girl flipped through the next several photos quickly. With each one the man in the picture came a bit closer and his features were a bit clearer.

Turning the last corner to her house, the girl noticed that the man in the photos seems to be looking at her even when she moved the stack from side to side. It frightened her, but she kept flipping them over, one by one.

By the nineteenth picture, the man was so close his face completely filled the frame. His expression was the most horrifying the girl had ever seen. Walking up the driveway, she turned to the last photo.

This time, instead of an image, there were two words: "Close enough".

Hearing a scream outside their house, the girl's brother rushed to the door and opened it. All he saw was a pile of photographs lying on the doorstep. The top one looked like an extremely pale version of his sister, but she was standing too far back for him to be sure.

I am a major Harry Potter fan. <3
I love J.K.Rowling. ^-^
She said she won't be writing any more fantasy books, but I'll still read her books. Her writing is simply captivating and enrapturing.
You often feel like your there at Hogwarts. I'm a mystery, fantasy, adventure person, so I really enjoyed her books.
The Twilight Saga is a series I dislike. :/
The first book had so much potential and the storyline was likable and creative. The way Stephanie Meyer developed it was basically road-kill. I got through the first book and wanted to shoot myself when I thought about finishing the Saga. The second book was about Bella lamenting over the fact that Edward left her... We get it you're sad, get over it. It was such a drag and bore to read about how depressed she was. -.- However, the finale ticked me off the most. She builds the plot up to a dramatic showdown, and all we get is an anticlimactic disappointment. Bella becomes super beautiful and has powers beyond everyone else. I hate perfect characters. I like fantasy, but to an extent. The characters, at least, have to be real. There's hardly any character development seen. I think most of the fans love the series just for "Edward."
Personally, I find her writing mediocre. I find it an insult to J.K.Rowling to even compare the two.
Wow~ I certainly am pent up on ranting about Twilight. >w<;;
Just my opinion. :P

Hmm...Can anyone suggest some good books to me?

^^ You could try "Lords of Discipline" by Pat Conroy. I was skeptical when I first picked up the book for English class but it turned out to be a delight to read. It pertains to a student a military school and it's filled with comedy, mystery, and adventure. It's a book I would have passed over on my own if my teacher hadn't suggested it, but it was my pleasure in the end to have read such a memorable book. I highly encourage you give it a try, although it is a bit on the lengthy side if you're looking for some light reading.

I listen to Japanese, Western, and Korean music.
Korean is kind of dying out for me though. :P
I <3 Big Bang & Epik High.
I'm a New Yorker girl, so the radio (z100) introduced me to Western music.
Genres: ;D Pop, rock, R&B, metal, hip-hop, sometimes country. (I'm open to many things. XD)
Japanese was introduced to me basically the same time Anime was... 6 years ago about? :P
I like jpop and jrock. I have a whole list of anime music on my playlist though. Haha~

I loved her ever since Kingdom Hearts. XD (Like most people.)
Flavor of Life isn't on the list. (Hana Yori Dango. ;D )
The Ballad version is up by Yume, but the regular version isn't.
I can upload it later, since I'm on my laptop and the songs are not here... sadly. ;~;
