Wahaha!!! Now that you all know (or maybe not) I am a fan of VOCALOIDS! >=3

Ok I know that many of you might be wondering "What on Earth is this Shiki talking about? What are Vocaloids?" So here is the 'definition' of Vocaloid copy/pasted from the Vocaloid Wiki!

So basically they are not REAL people but a computer program that can sing! Why do I like them? Well they are just awesome! ^^ To be honest there's like tons of them and I only know the most popular ones.

For example:

Hatsune Miku: Female (One of the most popular vocaloid out there! 'Hatsu' means First 'ne' means sound and Miku is Future)
Kagamine Rin/Len: Female/Male (A lot of debates are going on about Rin/Len being twins but they are actually the mirror reflection of each other. Their name 'Kagami' means mirror 'ne' means sound and Rin/Len = Left/Right so they are the gender-bender of each other!)
Megurine Luka: Female
Gackpoid: Male (Don't you think his name remind you of someone? ;D)
Meiko: Female
Kaito: Male
Yowane Haku: Female (I am not sure but I think she is the depressed version of Miku)
Akita Neru: Female (She is the impatient version of Miku)

That's probably the ones that I know LOL Anyway I have some songs from Kagamine Rin/Len in my profile page so feel free to listen to them and if you like to download them just ask me!

I usually watch vocaloid videos on youtube. All I saw was Miku... mostly Miku anyway. XD

I thought the one in purple hair was a girl at first, then I realized otherwise. XD

Yes they are! And you are not the first to think that Gackpoid was a girl... *hides from Xye just in case she attacks me*

In some of the videos he looked very pretty? So I though "Woah what a pretty girl!" LOL but when I discovered that it was actually a he* I did more research on him and found out that his voice is based on Gackt! So His like the vocaloid version of Gackt! XD

Oh and his "Character Item" is eggplant... and he likes to carry his katana around.

Hmm... I am not sure because Megurine Luka is the latest official Vocaloid 3. But there's a lot of fan made vocaloid out there like Akita Neru and Yowane Haku. Yowane Haku was so popular that the company accepted her as an official vocaloid. Hmm... I don't know about Akita thou XD so yeah there's a lot of fan made vocaloid~

Oh and there's actually Megloid, Utauloid too >.>" all this is pretty complex LOL

I should get back to playing around with Vocaloid 2 again. It was pretty fun, but I didn't have enough patients at the time to learn all the intricate options there were. Especially since I couldn't find any good tutorials on how to do it (only for the first vocaloid which has a different interface).
