If he grew from a baby to a kid in a night, why did he say it could take 10 years?

I think it depends on the people (the mother). I think. So technically. she was good..so he grows..faster? O__O <--could have misread it..

Or maybe he had turned into baby more than once. and some took him longer than others? O__O;; *no idea*

I agree with Xye.  I think there was something said about her blood being the most compatible?  Perhaps he was a baby because he hadn't had a "mother" for a few days and was weak...

The 10 years, I thought, referred to the time it took for him to return to "normal"; but that's just how I interpreted it...
