I'm Kai, short for Kai Yi, and this:   is my favourite onion head thing. This:   is my second favourite. This: is my third favourite.

Now that the important things have been said;
I tend to talk in sentences that are way too long, and I switch topic halfway through. Because I'm typing this out, I have better control over the flow of words. Mhmm.

I've always wanted to know more than one language, but I've been too lazy to ever pick one up and keep at it. English is, obviously, my main. BUT! BUTBTUBTUBTUBUT. I'm learning Japanese, now! I discovered manga AFTER I took it up, since I was curious about those books that people read from right to left whenever they were bored in class. Some of them were shiny, too. I like shine.

As for Transcendence, I was on MangaUpdates and I randomly clicked on it and I decided: It has a cool layout. I wanna join!
SO, I went off and read Switch Girl and decided it was good and SO, uh, I have no idea where this story is going. My first manga ever was Fruits Basket, but I decided it was stupid because a) no one told me it was supposed to be read from right to left and b) the guys looked like girls. However, I found myself loving the bishies in the end because, really, WHO CAN RESIST THEM?!

I live in Singapore but I grew up in Malaysia but I don't know Malay/Chinese because I went to an international school. My mum said I looked like a normal lil' girl when I was young, but SOMETHING went wrong (she thinks it's that time I fell out the window when I was 3) and I ended up with this super-high metabolism rate. It didn't help, either, that I decided soccer was awesome. Along with basketball, netball and baseball.

I like funny things.

Like last week, when my friend snorted cheese out her nose.

It was gross and amazing.

I know I'm a retard. D;

And - booyah! I amused someone today. Amusing people is always good. English is funny: consider that sentence - if I changed the 'is' to 'are', it's a completely different meaning. /endrandomness.

It was cheddar cheese - the disgusting type that comes out of a can.  BUT, it was hilarious. I've seen snorted milk, water, orange juice... and now, cheese.

By the way, are you going to apply for a staff possition? Because we REALLY need translators right now... And the Switch Girl you liked is also in need of a japanese translator >.<

Already did... but for typesetter. D; My Japanese is at a rather embarrassing level of lowness, so...  I'm in no position to translate anything, at the moment.

When I was around 4 years old I fell down from my parents' bed because my cousin was eating a water melon in front of me. I wanted to eat water melon too so I rushed toward her without a second though and ended up with a bleeding nose! LOL I know that it's nothing compared from felling down of the window but I though it was kind of amazing how I fell down of the bed... ><" And my mom was also very mad at my cousin and she was crying too! LOL
