every time someone does some thing stupid we have to make a law

for example there is a law that says that you cannot get a fish drunk
i still want to know that story behind this law

well i asked one of my history teachers before and he didn't even know of the law so he was sure even though he told me one i didn't know and i wish he didn't tell me
