Help save Transcendence!

Hello my dear, dear Transcendence members, future members and fans!! Before I continue to my main message to you I'd like to tell a bit about myself.
Some of you may remember me, some not, some have never met me but I've been with Transcendence for a long time. I joined the team when it still had a wordpress attached to the site url and it was my first scanlation group. During my stay here I started as a rookie cleaner and typesetter and thanks to other member trust and help moved along the ranks and even for a short while, while Xye (the founder of Transcendence) was away, I was an administrator of this wonderful group. It's been many, many years and during these years there have been ups and down and we all experienced and got trough them all together. For the past months I've almost resigned from my job at Transcendence as an editor, only very rarely doing some editing work. But I still lurk the forum once in a while and it has come to my attention that again there's a bit of a trouble for Transcendence that needs to be overcome whit all of us working together.

I'm not as active as I was before but I still want to help Transcendence in even the smallest way to overcome this "crisis" and that's why I'm turning to all of you!!

I think that we all agree that something must be done, there need to be changes etc. so I'm proposing this (I already asked for a permission from our administrators):
Please PM me everything you think is wrong with Transcendence at the moment, what you think needs to be changed, if you have any conflicts with other memebts or just want to rant or any other thing that you think may help Transcendence (even the smallest things count!). I'll gather all the information from you and then present it to our administrators. After that we'll think of what to do next because first we need to acknowledge all the problems the team has now.

I'm pleading with you that you all take a part in this as I think that we all do not want this team to go down. And don't be afraid to PM me everything that you have to say! Think of me as a neutral person because I give you my word that when presenting this information further, I won't tell any names and make it so that the information written to me won't be tracked down to you. And please do it within two weeks time (till 12th January) so that we could take an action as fast as possible.
