Since the last release was in... March? Will you guys still be releasing new chapters?

Should I still hold out hope or just give up on seeing new releases from you guys?

yup. we have the whole v3 translated. just lacking editors in general atm. (and lack of interest in general ...somehow LOL). hopefully we will get some out soon.
