Hey my name is Madii, either calling me that or my username is fine by me.
I am 19 years old and my college major is Japanese. Speaking of which, I have no Japanese speaking friends so I am looking for some! Hopefully people that don't mind me occasionally asking questions as I study the language.
I am starting here as a cleaner because that's what was needed and I was crazy interested. I'm not very good yet, but trust me I'll get there.
Aside from that I have a thousand hobbies. I play piano and guitar. I love spinning poi, but I enjoy it more when it's warm out. I like to draw but don't do it as much as I'd like. And  Amigurumi may be a new obsession.
I'm in the middle of reading Assassination Classroom, Nisekoi, Noragami, and I picked up Black Cat but haven't read any yet so I don't have an opinion about that one yet. I have a personal goal to watch every anime on netflix (that doesn't involve space, there may be some exceptions but I'm not too interested in that).However, I am truly in love with shows like Noragami and Blue Exorcist.
I love every type of music but oldies.
At the moment I have a fish tank with all Asian styled fish (panda catfish, thai river algae eater, etc.), and an Egyptian Mau cat. We call her echo and she is quite strange for a cat.
And last, but not least, I am a troll that has come to eat your souls.

Your college major is Japanese? Wow, that's amazing. I don't speak a word of Japanese, tho, but hopefully I can get a chance to take Basic Japanese as an elective in my junior year in the future :) Nice to meet you!

I think its cool you can play the  piano, my only piano experience is 'twinkle twinkle little star' 

I bet learning Japanese is crazy hard. I reckon speaking it would be fun, but the hiragana and katakana (and kanji) would do my head in, so well done!

Awe I feel so welcomed! haha Language is really something that isn't for everyone, but its definitely for me I have before learned 200 Japanese words in one day. 
Unfortunately I am nowhere near good enough to translate but let me tell you once I get close you guys will be the first to know!
I have been learning on my own for over a year now; I just recently sent in an application to a school that has one of the best Japanese programs in the nation! Fingers crossed. (Currently at a community school)
And Black Bird is one of my all time favorites, it's actually how I found Transcendence, so I would say that one is the one the gives me attachment problems.
