Thanks for the help and the effort. :)

Nope. Even though it's for the customisation page, it just gives me the page as if I'm simply viewing my profile.
It's quite curious, but still quite trivial.

Don't worry too much about it. :)

It seems like I'm lacking that option.
Under 'Modify Profile', I simply get the options: Account settings, Forum Profile, Look and Layout, Notifications, Personal Messaging and Buddies/Ignore List.

Likewise. Much of the crew here are completely new to me.

In any case, I feel quite thick at the moment. I found those features earlier, but I still cannot seem to find how to change certain sections such as the 'About me' section or the 'My Interests' section. I believe I've gone through every option provided the tabs, but I've somehow missed something.

Sorry to have to use your time on such trivial and simple questions

Questions / Editing profile

Just realised that my profile has become pretty damn inaccurate over the years.

I'm sorry if I'm missing the obvious, but I can't seem to find where to edit the 'ultimate profile' section of my profile (e.g. 'About Me' and 'My Interests').

Obviously not a priority or anything overly important. Just wondering if there was the feature to change it.

Thanks in advance.

Gaaaaaah!! Je deteste la francais. Francais n'est pas facile.

In fact, I've probably written that incorrectly.
It was such a bad idea for me to take French for my final year.

Merde. Je veux mourir.

Just curious, really. And gives us all a chance to get our post count a bit higher. :D

Remember, it's just the last movie you saw. Whether you saw it on TV, via DVD or heck, was playing some old movie with your video cassette player, it doesn't matter.

I'll start off, obviously.

And perhaps to make it a tad more fun, if you've seen the movie the previous poster mentioned, comment about it and stuff.

Last movie I saw: Inglourious Basterds.

And it easily takes over lots of my favourite movies in regards to how much I loved it.

Finished reading the entire Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.
By far the best science fiction comedy series ever written in the history of mankind. And probably in all time, including the future.

The series essentially just shoves me more toward the geeky side than anything else, especially when I go out and celebrate Towel Day and make reference to 42 being the answer to life, the universe and everything.

Ah, good times.

Reading King Lear now, as part of my Literature course.
How many of you guys do Literature? Pretty sure there was more than just me.

I live in Australia. Pretty sure there were more of us, but they probably left by now.

And just to shoot down your claim, Tammy is right. There's plenty of countries that like hanging out by themselves in the sea. New Zealand, Greenland and all 'em nations that hang around north of us or so: Fiji, Malaysia, etc.

Nah, we're a nation that takes up a whole continent. Or something on those lines.

Considering this is a Music & Movies section, yet there is only one thread and its about music, I figured it'd be best if we added at least something about movies.

Pretty obvious what you do here. Just list your favourite movies.
Make sure you tell us, maybe you'll get some of the movies on your list to be our list with a good enough description about why you loved the movie.

For me, at present, my favourite movie of all time is Ocean's Thirteen.
Slick, elegant, cool, good acting, nice plot and one of the kind of movies I love, has to be my favourite.

Remember, you can give a whole list of your favs.

Just bought a Popular Penguins print of The Art of War by Sun-Tzu. Appears that my reading tastes are going even further back in time rather than forward.

Though, I gotta note, I do read a fair bit of modern books too. Just recently being reading lots of classics.
Tobruk and Kokoda by Peter Fitzsimmons (Australian World War II books. Really good. Reads like fiction but is very true to what actually happened in the war), the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy series and other stuff.

I'm thinking of starting to read the Bourne series. You know, The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy, etc.
Although I read an overview, I think I prefer the movies to the book.

Out of the people that I go watch movies with, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who was not read a complete Harry Potter novel. Which essentially means that when everyone is in the movie complaining about what a horrid portrayal of their favourite scene, I'm genuinely ignorant to what's going to happen next.

I've started to read some classic literature books. Mainly because I've found that its a whole lot easier to read them at this age than when I was, say, twelve years old.

I'm with Yume. I don't read to many modern novels and out of the recent books I've read, most of them are related to Literature class.

As of now, I've reread Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (read it early this year, and doing it again to remember what actually happened in the book) and just finished The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. Literature is forcing me to read King Lear by Shakespeare.

Really gotta read newer books.
