No, but I've heard it mentioned many times before! It definitely seems trustworthy and reliable.

I was thinking of watching once upon a time, is it any good?

If you can get past some of the bad acting/cheesiness, then yes! It starts out oddly, but the plot becomes highly addictive as it goes on.

Dr. Pepper.
I'm highly addicted to it, unfortunately.
OoOo, I used to love that. But after not drinking that after a long period of time, it starts to get bitter again.

Ugh, I know, but I want to get off it completely. I'm trying to just drink water now, and it's such a difficult transition.

Awww, that's so disappointing! I really enjoyed the plot, so I was thinking of watching the anime... but I feel like it would be worse to put myself through the whole story again.

Now You See Me
Loved the plot, but I thought the ending was a bit inconclusive.

Ugh, I totally agree. The ending made me so upset.   *dead

^ I found this though, which is apparently supposed to be a sequel. It think it focuses more on the scary stuff and not romance, but just being able to see the characters again was so fdjfsajkflkfsdjl.
it's a pretty short sequel though. But I agree its good to see those characters. Except they look weird and different in this manga. I think this isn't a sequel but a oneshot. It's just a short story about that particular storyline.

Aw, really? I hoped that it would be longer; I was looking forward to seeing more.

The difference between "child" and "adult" is different for everyone. To some people it may be the little things (i.e. holding a cup with two hands), and for others it could mean making larger changes.

Personally, I don't think you should feel compelled to change who you are to fit into a certain societal standard. When you reach the age of 18, you're not going to transform into a completely different person. You are still the same person you always were, and reaching a milestone in your age isn't really going to change that.

Just be the person you are now. If you really feel the need, you can adjust yourself and make changes as you move through life. Learn from your mistakes, and don't always try to prevent them from happening. c:

Like chocolate waffles/pancakes or pecan pie. <3

Lifestyle / Re: Do you have allergies????
January 02, 2013, 13:21
I get sick due to my allergies around September (because of all the pollen).
I'm also allergic to raspberries. My tongue will swell up and get all scratchy. D:

And I have a friend who's allergic to citric acid - which sucks because it's in almost EVERYTHING (gummies, soda, etc.)

Here's an example how this game works-
Person A: Fortunately, I got a new car.
Person B: Unfortunately, it no longer works.
Person C: Fortunately, I called in a mechanic.
Person D: Unfortunately, he dropped dead.
and so on and so on.  :goodmood:

So, I'll start!

Fortunately, I found loads of money on the street the other day.

Manga / Re: Manga or Anime?
January 02, 2013, 10:38
I prefer manga.  :=X:

Although it's nice to see everything in colour with the anime, the manga is usually more detailed. Sometimes the anime strays so far from the storyline that was given in the manga that it makes me want to throw myself off a cliff (*cough* shugo chara). Also, most manga that get turned into anime don't usually continue after season one, which causes the makers to have to come up with some sort of happy ending for the season without even addressing many of the major plot points.

It's also much more likely for me to finish manga than it is anime since I can go at my own pace and don't have to sit through around 24 episodes that are 20 minutes long apiece.

Another one of my main issues with anime is that I have to hide and watch it because my earphones suck and noise can be heard from them easily (especially when characters randomly shout in anime). When I read manga I can just curl up on the couch without worries. x3
