Last.fm builds a detailed profile of each user's musical taste by recording details of the songs the user listens to, either from Internet radio stations, or by your iTunes, Windows Media and etc. Listen to songs but only for a limited amount of times if you don't own it. You can find other friends with similar tastes with the music compatibility meter.

I do have a Last.fm, but I haven't set it up yet. Though for internet streaming I mainly use Grooveshark =.=;
I have one but I only use it on my xbox. On the comp I use playlist (http://playlist.com), I think its a lot better (for me at least). Anyway lastfm has so much random stuff, and for some reason I like the chinese/japanese stuff -.-
