Anime inspires all types of emotions in me, though what those emotions are obviously vary according to what I'm watching. I just finished re-watching "Graveyard of the Fireflies." :crywithno: What anime has made/makes you cry?
Naruto, especially at the death of one of the major characters.
MINATO AND KUSHINA FML. *ahem* Yeah.
Oh. That is a true story. *nodnod*
I rarely watch anime, but manga can get me crying...
Oh yeah, definitely. There were a few scenes in FMA that did that to me. Arakawa-san is really good at drawing characters so that you can see their pain. It almost hurts to look at their eyes.
Yess, I cried at several moments whilst reading the manga, it is so well done!
Especially when *SPOILER ALERT* Ed goes through the portal and sees Al's body, but can't take him back with him, but swears he'll be back, or when he's fighting Envy and hears Nina say Big Brother...beautiful panel there, you can see the naked pain on his face, major tear jerker. *END SPOILER ALERT* So yeah. I bow to Arakawa-san's emotional portrayal capabilities.
dont know about anime but [rec] is a manga that really made me cry out. :'(
I really agree with those scenes!!!
[spoiler]Or when Al gives up his life to give Ed his arm back![/spoiler]
For future reference, use those spoiler things if you are going to use a spoiler
Anime rarely get's my emotion out. But if I had to choose, I'll pick Full Moon Wo sagashite. The episode where Mitsuki found out that Echi had passed away; and she goes searching for him during a snowstorm. or or when Mitsuki had to give up her singing to finish your surgery. D:
That sounds so sad! [you should have put that in a spoiler though...]
I was going to put that, but I removed it. Because I didn't know if people read/watch it or not. And I felt stupid if I put it and everyone already watched/read. >_<
There's actually more episodes of that anime that is sad, to be honest. I just put the one that made me CRY and while my parents are like "What's wrong? Why you're crying?" XD
Awwww.
ive searched that anime once but i not quite sure if I should watch it...(im verrrryyyy emotional when it comes to tear-jerkers...) :swt:
Well you can always watch something cheerful afterwards. Something that can make you happy, ^-^
True, but it wouldnt help me much since i would get a clogged nose from too much crying.
Awwww, that's so sad!
I easily touched by even the slightest heart-tugging scene lol. So I got lots of that moments :shy:
Like...Natsume Yuujinchou when Natsume fell down the cliff and beg Touko and Shigeru to take him away. Then FMA...obviously. AnoHana's really really sad too. I cried a lot during the last episode. If I had to list them all, it will probably take a while (the list's too long lol).
I love that NY scene!
I haven't watch Natsume Yuujinchou but someone told me that it's a very good anime...
I watched Ano Hana [and it's really difficult to hold your tears...especially when all your housemates are already asleep]
:swt:

Love Full Moon, alas, I've never seen the anime. The manga is just so beautiful . And none of that happens in the manga. It takes a completely different route. Ohh, now I wanna read it again. :D
