Hihi, I'll try to broaden your scope of Dutch and add more basic phrases :)
How about:
- I don't speak much Dutch
- Do you speak English?
- My name is...
- What are you doing (right now)?
- How are you?
- and would also like to know: Dude, wake up. xD
There ya go :P
how about the grammar? ???
Woop, thanks Angel.
I can now yell at my sister to get up, in Dutch. :goodjob:
The grammar is fairly difficult to get into, but I'll think of something
i'm getting smarter *skip
Teehee, I'll try to keep it up n_n
arigato~
btw what's "thank you" in dutch ???
... and "you're welcome"! :o
Updated~ *skip
"I love Transcendence!"
:o_o:
(why not be able to say it in Dutch? XD)

"I love Transcendence!"
:o_o:
(why not be able to say it in Dutch? XD)
yup! add that as well :goodjob:
Of course, how could I have missed that one! :omg:
You know how in spanish there are two ways to say "I love you" and each has a different meaning? Is there something similar in Dutch? I find that sooooo interesting!
I know that in Spanish there are two ways, it is really cool, but in Dutch there is no such thing...
If I had to say somethings it would be the friendly: luvya (yes, in English) which girls use amongst themselves and the real: 'Ik hou van jou' for lovers.
Ah I see! Oh well, Dutch is still really cool!
How about "what"?
Like y'know how in Spanish, they have 'que' and in English, we have 'what'? xD
(Expression of a legit question, disbelief, astonishment, etc etc)
Oh, that one is very easy: What = wat
:=X:
*ish loving how words can be so similar yet different at the same time*
yup~<3
Yes, it is strange, but somehow really cool *skip
waarom probeer je ze nederlands bij te leren. nu moet ik plät gaan praten om irritant te zijn :=D:
:dignose: Showoff...
Awww, don't be so mean Harr.
Anders doe je gewoon lekker mee en leer je ze ook wat? *skip
T_T you language masters.
*off to hide in a hole* :crywithno:
Hehe, just being native~
*dead
Don't be depressed, you'll get it!
I've been studying French for 11 years and I STILL can't speak/write well.
(Granted my teachers don't teach, but still) :swt:

"Ik hou van jou" would be better as "U" is quite formal

NOOOO. why would they do that :crywithno:
they can only make it worse.
/me used to be quite a fan in the past
There are quite great books written as sequels, maybe they'll pick one of those?
Secretly I'm still hoping for the Han Solo chronicles, ever since I read the books...

There's The Hobbit movie trilogy. :) It's not the same but it's close enough.
The Hobbit was written before LOTR, so it's good :goodjob:
Why, of course! :D I haven't read the books yet but...so far, I reckon LOTR is better because of the wars. XD Ahahahaha. I'm biased and horrible.
The Hobbit actually does have a nice story, so that's great :goodjob:
