Title: Problems with installing topaz denoise
Post by: `Shally. on November 09, 2012, 15:51
As you can see, I've been having this problem for a long time and that is why I quit applying as a cleaner. Not only that, but I suck really bad. So I just sticked with being a artist staff, but now I'm useless since everyone knows how to draw/make things >_<
Anywayssssss

here is my problem, I was suppose to follow through the installation, but I couldn't scroll at all, and so like it end up as a full screen. Unfortunately, when I try installing the other size, by removing the whole thing, and pretend as though its my first time installing the other one, but the other one won't instal or open at all.

Try installing a newer version from here: http://www.topazlabs.com/denoise/ (http://www.topazlabs.com/denoise/)
then use the serial that's somewhere on the forum. If that doesn't work just use disposable emails to request trial keys every month or so.

You don't really need topaz to be a cleaner. It's only useful for magazine raws (which we don't even have), and raws that are too small.

Do you mean cs5 or cs6? I couldn't get cs6 to work either :/
You could try removing it this: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html (http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html)
then attempting to reinstall again?
I've never had problems with denoise so I'm not much help...
