You can also just ask somebody to make one for you~
that is how I got mine...
The way to input a picture is as follows: find one on the internet somewhere and copy the link, has to be a .png I think...
Then put it between (http://(thelink))

Hehe, I wouldn't ask me if I were you... i am just a newbie with digital arts...
I kind of begged shineshan to make one for me... Way brlow in the forum there is a commision thread, try posting in there, and one of the artists might respond :goodjob:
To make signatures, you can use any programs like photoshop, paint shop pro, gimp.
To add images, usually you just right click your image and click copy or copy image.
Then you paste them onto the document.
OR
you open it through "file > open image"
Then you just create something.
Signatures are usually like 300x200 px or lower.
I would make you something, but if it has animation ; I'm out, not good at that.
