I don't really know if its the right place to post this.... At first I was thinking about the Fanfiction section but since it's not really my own stories I think it's better to post here.
I personally don't like to watch horror movies but I like to listen/read horror stories *LOL* soooo.... I decided to make this topic in order for everyone to share their horror stories or anything weird that happened to them before XD
One of my friend told me this story and I found it really crappy lol :D
Story:
It was a girl's birthday and she had a party at her house. They were playing the Dare game so her friends dared her to go to that abandoned house on her own. Since that girl was a chicken she refused right away. The next day she decided to just go take a look at the abandoned house. The door was locked but there was a hole in the door so the girl tried to look through it. All she saw was nothing but the color red, EVERYTHING was red... The girl was really curious so she did the same thing for 1 week... and all she could see was the color red! The next day she finally decided to go inside the house since she could see nothing but red. However the door was UNLOCKED! The girl slowly pushed open the door... and inside the house she saw...
Highlight to see!
A lady in a white dress who was dancing all around the house... but the color of her eyes were red.
LOL so that's the little story that I heard from my friend =] I hope you get it!
OMG! That's creepy! I think if I saw that in a movie that would be actually be pretty scary. (but who knows I'm quite the scardy cat when it comes to horror stories, lol? -.-;;)
Ooo! I love horror movies :3 Although when it comes to books I like psychological thrillers more ;p.
... Anyways, here's one my friend told me :D
So there were two girls who lived in the same apartment. One was a really hardcore party girl, and the other one was less outgoing. One night the party girl goes off to a party for the night, but realized she forgot some of her things. She came back inside the apartment in the middle of the night, but she didn't want to wake up her roomate so she kept the lights off in their room as she gathered her things (toothbrush, clothes, etc.) and then left just like that.
The next morning, when she came back she found the police cars surrounding the apartment. She went inside to find that there were police in her room. They asked if she lived there and she said yes. So they took her into their room and found Meg's dead body and writing on the wall that said:
Aren't you glad you didn't turn on the lights?
I tried to be creepy like Shiki and left the ending white xD. Just highlight :3. It's not horror scary, but it really gave me the chills when I heard it Dx.
OH YEAH! My friend told me that one too! I KNOW ITS SUPER FREAKY ><"
I have another one! *YAYS*
It's a girl who babysits in a very big house. She had to look after 2 kids and it was nearly bed time so she took the kids up stairs to sleep. She went back down stairs to watch T.V. and she saw a guy smiling to her at the window she though it was a neighbor so she smiled back and waved. Later on she got very bored and saw that guy at the window again but this time he was holding a knife (not those small ones) and was smiling at her. The girl though [Maybe his just cutting the bushes] and smiled back at him and waved again. She begins to read a magazine and a few moment later she saw the guy at the window AGAIN but this time there was blood dripping down the knife and he was smiling at her. This time the girl though [Okay, this guy is freaky]. Since it was really late she decided to go up stairs to check on the kids but she found the kids all dead.
Panic came to her and she ran to call the police and the parents. When the parents and the police came, they asked what happened and the girl said that there was a weird neighbor outside the window. The parents asked what window? So the girl pointed at the window and said "That window." By seen the window, the mother fainted and the father said: "This is not a window! It's a mirror!"
Lol sorry for the grammar! Dx I am not that good at writing stories! Again you have to highlight to see the punch!
*sobs* That's creepy <_<
Haha XD Come on people share your scary stories too! :=X:
And YESSS We got Onion Heads! :=D:
A girl lived in this little town. This town was really strange, because every night, at 8:00pm, you could hear the sound of someone scratching the door. no one knew where the scratching sound was coming from. One night, the girl decided to visit a friend on the other side of town. The mother told the daughter to make sure to get back before 8:00pm. The girl agreed, but she ended up losing track of time at the friend's house, so she made her way home a little later than she intended.
That night, the mother heard the scratching at 8, same as usual, but here daughter didn't come home.
The next morning, when she opened the door, she found her daughter's shredded body, with her fingers still at the base of the door that she'd been desperately scratching on last night.
Actually, I don't think this is a very good one.
here's another one, this one's pretty short.
A person was making his way back home last night, when he got caught out in a storm. He saw an old house, and decided to take refugee in it. It seemed to be unlocked so he walked right in. Along the hallway, though, he saw gruesome pictures. There were 12 pictures, lined up on either side of the hallway. The people in them looked like they were in terrible pain, they were mishappen and blood-soaked, with glowing red eyes that seemed to be staring right at him. He thought "the owner of this mansion must have really twisted taste". At the end of the hallway he found a bed, so decided to sleep there for the night. The next morning, as he was leaving the house, he saw that in the hallway that there were no pictures, only windows.
LET'S DO THIIISSSSS
I had a really good friend named Annie. She had a band she sung in and she was one of the greatest and one of the most protective people I knew. Her band wasn't famous but her dad had a recording studio in their basement, so she recorded their first cd with the band there. Her very first cd was a gift for me on my birthday and I hadn't listened to it yet.
3 days after my birthday, Annie was raped by her older brother who's 17. He left the city supposedly and they didnt catch him. He always scared me but I never said anything. She was only 13 when she died. The next day in the hospital when I was sitting with her, she tried to speak and tell me something. But when she was raped, he choked her and damaged her throat so much she wouldn't be able to talk for a while. Before I left the hospital, a nurse had come up to me in the parking lot and told me she died and gave me a note she wrote before she died. I was so depressed about it,I refused to touch her cd and note, which I left in my room.
One night when I was home alone, I was thinking about her so I decided to finally listen to the cd.There was a song on there called "Painful memory", a song she wrote about rape when a friend of hers was raped. Some of the chorus goes "He tried to find you,he's upstairs." All of a sudden, the cd starts skipping and continously repeats "He's upstairs, he's upstairs, he's upstairs."I thought it was kind of weird because I never listened to the cd and it didn't have any scratches. So I just put it back in and played the song again. When it came to the chorus, it skipped and repeated the same words again. I cleaned the cd and tried again. It still played the same words. I was scared now so I locked my door and listened to the silence. I could hear boots walking down the hall. I looked in the key hole and saw someone walking down the hall. I quickly called the police and they came. They found her 17 year old brother hiding in the bathroom. He said he was waiting for me when they questioned him. The next day I found the note in the cd case where I put it. I opened it and read, "When my brother raped me he told me he would rape you next. I promised no matter what I wont let that happen. Love, Annie."And I think she kept the promise.
Holy galapagos.
Jessie never really liked horror films much. She preferred comedy and romance flicks, much to the displeasure of her horror-loving friends.
Jesssie had two friends, a boy named Jason and a girl named Skye. They always hated that when the theaters opened up a new horror flick, Jessie never wanted to come with them. "Come on, Jess, it's only a movie, it's not like it's going to happen to you!" Skye always said in an exasperated voice, always to an agreeing nod from Jason. So one night, when Skye was on vacation with her family and Jason was attending a school football game, Jessie walked to the local movie rentals and got a movie. She looked through the horror section, her eyes nearly covered as she cowered at the grisly images on the covers on the DVDs. Finally, she found one with a completely white cover box. She thought to herself, "Well, that one must not be too scary, it doesn't even have a picture on the box!"
She picked it up and carried it to the counter, to a confused look from the man behind the register. "Um, we don't accept movie donations," he said, "No, I-I'm not trying to donate, I found this in the horror section, I'd like to rent it," said Jessie, slightly uneasy at the man's behavior. Now it had a bar code on it, so the man scanned it and with a furrowed brow said she would need to have it back in two days.
Jessie walked home with the DVD in hand. When she got home, she found a note from her parents saying they'd been invited out to a formal dinner by one of their friends and that there was pizza money taped to the fridge. Jessie was a little disappointed at this; she had wanted someone in the house while she watched the movie. Jessie took the fifteen dollars off the fridge and dialed the pizza place. When her pepperoni and mushroom pizza arrived, she got a slice, poured herself some Coke, and made a cozy spot on the couch before popping the DVD into the player and bracing herself.
The movie started out pretty normal, except for the fact that there was no DVD menu to choose from, the movie just started. She saw a girl in the movie that looked very similar to her, get a DVD with a blank cover, come home and order pizza and start a movie. The strange thing was all there was was a blank TV. Then, the girl in the movie saw a man with a twisted face and an axe outside her window. The girl passed it off as a trick of the quickly fading light, and continued to watch the movie. And then, Jessie noticed that the girl's kitchen in the movie was coincidently located in the same place Jessie's was, right next to her living room and the big archway right behind the couch.
Jessie was really freaked by the movie now, but oddly couldn't stop watching it, even to turn around. The man creeped stealthily up behind the movie girl...Jessie tried to close her eyes, but she couldn't...The man raised his axe above his head...And then the screen went black and Jessie was able to look behind her, only to see a twisted face and the glint of an axe flying through the air...
This one just scared me ):
T____T I need to read so comedy stuff after this. I'm getting really freaked out by so many horror stories at one go.
(The only one I remember at the moment is the one Osaka told the rest in Azumanga Daioh. :=X:)
Mine are deliciously creepy right !? :D
im not good with jokes though D:
LOL! well I'll just add the one that I told drex and HeavenlyQueen on IRC here. Since a lot of you didn't get to read it :P
An old lady always keep her dog under her bed when she goes to sleep. When she is scared she will put her hand down and the dog will lick it. When she feels the lick of her dog she will calm down and go to sleep.
One night when the old lady was sleeping, the water begins to drip in the bathroom so the old lady went to close it. A few moment later, the water begins to drip again! So the old lady went back to the bathroom to close it. But now the old lady begins to feel unsafe so she puts her hand down and felt the lick of her dog. The old lady calmed down and had a good night until morning. The next morning she finds her dog dead under her bed with a note beside it saying: Humans can lick too.
ooooh! yay ghost stories! love those!
haha my friends and I are going camping on the thirteenth, so I need to stock up lol
In a small, desert town in Arizona, on a steep slope, there rested a large, stucco building. The beige building faced the sleepy little town of Anondelle with thirteen windows, all as even as if on a grid, and a large red neon sign above them that read "Motel".
Two glass paned double doors opened to a large foyer with old, but clean carpeting, few pieces of wooden furniture, and a small desk at which the customers checked in and out. The rooms down the halls and up the stairs were all in perfect order. Within each one of the thirteen rooms there lay identical beds with identical, yet plain comforters and other various, and rather worn, pieces of furniture.
This obviously average motel received an average amount of customers on an average basis. However, those who slept in the thirteenth room found their stays anything but average. Each night, they would wake to scratching sounds that seemed to come from what should have been an outer wall. Although the customers would rationally assure themselves that it was a tree branch in the wind, or something of the sort, they all knew deep inside that it was something much more sinister.
Years passed by the little hillside motel, and time took its toll on the now old building, but the owners were also too old to do anything but idly watch as life passed them by. When the couple passed away, they left their estate to a young relative who, upon receiving the news, speedily set out for the still sleepy town. He immediately began construction on the decrepit building, and the workers made an odd discovery whine laying out blueprints for the renovations. According to the dimensions of the building and its rooms, there was a large area that should have been a fourteenth room, even though there was no entrance from the inside of the building. Wishing to commence demolition as soon as possible, the young man and his hired crew immediately began tearing down the "outer" wall of the thirteenth room.
This room had no carpet, only creaking floorboards, whining in protest at their heavy boots, and the excitement died down for the moment, as the room seemed very regular, just as all of the others had been. Until the dust cleared. This room was anything but average, or identical for that matter. All over the musty, moldy walls were scratches and indentations, and some marks were made by what looked like ink. As yet more dust settled down, the young man and his crew did just the opposite. As colors became visible in the room, it drained from their faces as they looked on in horror at the words etched into the plaster. "Get me out," and "help me," read the majority of the messages. Others, less neat but more urgent said "BLOOD," or "MURDERERS,". And one other was the bloodiest and most terrifying of all. It read, "If you're reading this, you're already too far gone. He's going to take you. Don't let him out or you will pay. He's coming for both of us now. HE'S COMING, AND HE'S....." after this writing ended more began, this time black and clear, as if burned into the wall "LOOKING FOR YOU. YOU CANNOT HIDE. HE CAN'T HELP YOU NOW. I AM COMING."
was that too long? i tried to make the end scary, but it's not really specific and changes every time it's told so..... yeah..... like it?
So do they die or something? xD The message is pretty creeepy thouugh ~
Yeah the message is creepy but what exactly happened at the end? They discover the message... but what happened? o.o" and who is "He"? LOL sorry about the questions Dx
My name is Lala (a nickname because I'm in band). I used to have a friend named Janelle. I'm going to tell you about our experience with Bloody Mary.
Janelle and I were at her house. Because I am a HUGE fan of ghosts I usually spend alot of my time on the internet searching up ghost stories. Well, Since I was only 13, I was very...Stubborn. So even though I loved ghost stories, I didn't believe in them.
This was when I first heard of Bloody Mary, and I was eager too try it! So I said to Janelle, "Why don't you go in there and try Bloody Mary?" Of course, she was also a ghost lover, so she agreed.
I had read a story on a site about a girl who had done Bloody Mary, and she started screaming in the bathroom, later she died, no one knew what happened. So if that happened to Janelle, I planned to tape it.
So we put the tape in and put the camera in the bathroom. She closed the door, and I heard her do her "Bloody Mary Ritual" Thing. Of course, nothing happened, she came out perfectly fine.
So we decided to play with her Ouija board. Usually we never met a ghost, but this time the small triangle started to move! The ghost said it's name was Mary, which sort of freaked us out, but we brushed it off because it's a common name right? After a few other questions, the triangle spelled, "Teasing." We didn't know what that meant, so we asked, what it meant. It said, "Teasing Me." We still didn't seem to understand. So the triangle moved quicker, meaning the ghost was agitated, it said, "Check Tape" It took us a long time to understand what it meant (Yeah we are retarded) We opened the little flip door on the camera. I saw Janelle sitting there, and after she did her chant, a woman appeared in the mirror. You could see her face, it was beautiful, her hair was long and glowing, she looked normal (nothing like Janelle).
We were soon very freaked out, I thought Bloody Mary was supposed to be covered in blood. We went back to the Ouija board and asked, "Are you the girl in the mirror?" It said, "Yes". We asked, "Are you Bloody Mary?" It again said, "Yes" Then it said, "Teasing Me" Finally we understood and we said, "No" and it didn't say anything. We put the Ouija Board in the closet and decided to watch the tape again. When we looked this time, nothing happened, no girl was there.
To this day, I don't know why Janelle wasn't hurt, and I still don't know why the ghost took pity on us, all I know, is that I will never bother a ghost again.
Bloody Mary O.o
*sniffs* I think I'm gonna cry again >_< is that a true story?? ^^
No idea ~
Are my stories so scary that they make you cry !? delicious :D
oooooh. although i don't really know what the "bloody mary" thing is. i mean, yeah i know bloody mary is supposed to be a ghost but there's like a..... bathroom chant!? rofl i'm confused.
and @shiki, i didn't want to think up what happened to the people because if i left it open ended you cud use ur imaginaaaation! and i wanted it to seem like the ghost had a whole..... eternally hunting thing going on
Aaah I see... xD
and about the "Bloody Mary" thing is that people say if you go in the bathroom and close the light and door and say her name 3 times she will appear and kill you o.o" well that's what I heard LOL
And Bloody Mary is actually the nickname of an old queen of England. Her name was Mary and the reason for people to call her "Bloody Mary" is because she killed lots of innocent people for some religion reason.
well that sounds like the worst idea i've ever heard on a stick! lol
and unless i'm thinking of a different queen of england, didn't she like, try to invent her own world in her backyard and live in excessive luxury while her people were like, dying in the streets or something? one of my friends did a report on the queen who did that once, but i forget if it was actually bloody mary.
Found this on Wikipedia lol xD fast intro of Mary I
Mary I (18 February 1516 – 17 November 1558), was Queen of England and Queen of Ireland from 19 July 1553 until her death. The fourth crowned monarch of the Tudor dynasty, she is remembered for restoring England to Roman Catholicism after succeeding her short-lived half brother, Edward VI, to the English throne. In the process, she had almost 300 religious dissenters burned at the stake in the Marian Persecutions, earning her the sobriquet of "Bloody Mary". Her re-establishment of Roman Catholicism was reversed by her successor and half-sister, Elizabeth I.
I don't know about the one who invent her own world in the backyard LMAO
hmm.... darn i was hoping that i'd ACTUALLY remembered something there. but both of them are pretty scary!
and NEWSFLASH this is scarier than any horror story! i just got my hair into a pony tail even though it doesn't even touch my shoulders at all! hooray! even though it looks totally ridiculous cause it's so short and like all of it is falling out as i type : P
Rofl xD Oh well I would also like to know the name of the Queen who was obsessed with her backyard LOL I'll try to find something later :=D:
Going to bed now X.x its like 3:22AM for me!
I <3 Horror stories^^.
this one is a japanese urban legend.
Kuchisake-onna
The legend is said to originate with a young woman who lived hundreds of years ago (some versions of the legend state the Heian period) and was either the wife or concubine of a samurai. She is said to have been very beautiful but also very vain, and possibly cheating on her husband. The samurai, extremely jealous, attacked her and slit her mouth from ear to ear, screaming "Who will think you're beautiful now?"
The urban legend picks up from this point, stating that a woman roams around at night (especially during foggy evenings), with her face covered by a surgical mask, which would not be especially unusual, as people with colds often wear masks for the sake of others in Japan. When she encounters someone (primarily children or college students), she will shyly ask, "Am I beautiful?". If the person answers yes, she will take off her mask and say, "Even like this?" At this point, if the victim answers "No," she will slay them or cut their mouths to resemble hers (her weapon is a pair of scissors). If the victim tells her she is pretty a second time, she follows the victim home and slays them at the doorway to their residence, due to the fact that "kirei", Japanese for 'pretty,' is a near homophone of "kire", the imperative form of "to cut". In other versions of the myth if you reply yes after she removes the mask she will give you a large blood soaked ruby and walk away.
During the seventies, the urban legend went that if the victim answers "You're average", they are saved. When the urban legend was revived around 2000, the answer that would save you was changed to "so-so," with the change that this answer causes the kuchisake-onna to think about what to do, and her victim can escape while she is in thought. One other way is to ask her if you are pretty. She will get confused and leave.
Coooool!
The whole ear to ear thing reminds me of the joker xD. It sounds pretty creepy though, but I'd go for that ruby :D
lol yea. it is very cool story ^^
@drex: :touched: That's because I'm probably the most scaredy cat ever~! I get spooked out so easily :crywithno:
xDDD I actually don't listen to that much stories..
*most of the stories she got were from the internet*
lol nice legend/story... but I was wondering what if we say "no" when she firstly ask us? Will she just slay us? xD
maybe since we're both girls i could just say, "i can relate." and then super awesome run away.
xD
LOL! Well we need more horror stories here! >=]
LOL. another one <3
A young girl walking home from school found a small pile of Polaroid photos lying in the gutter. There were twenty in all, neatly wrapped in a rubber band. She picked them up, and as she walked she started to browse. The first photo was that of a ghostly white man on a black background, standing just far enough away from the camera that she couldn't make out his features. The girl slid the photo to the back of the stack and looked at the next one. The photo was of the same man now standing a bit closer. The girl flipped through the next several photos quickly. With each one the man in the picture came a bit closer and his features were a bit clearer. Turning the last corner to her house, the girl noticed that the man in the photos seems to be looking at her even when she moved the stack from side to side. It frightened her, but she kept flipping them over, one by one. By the nineteenth picture, the man was so close his face completely filled the frame. His expression was the most horrifying the girl had ever seen. Walking up the driveway, she turned to the last photo. This time, instead of an image, there were two words: "Close enough." Hearing a scream, the girl's brother rushed to the door and opened it. All he saw was a pile of photographs lying on the doorstep. The top one looked like an extremely pale version of his sister, but she was standing too far back for him to be sure.
---
O_______O that's a good one. xD
*goes off to look for more stories*
>< Omg! That's so cool! I wonder what happened to the girl... did she get absorbed into the picture or something? LOL
@ drex: i'll look for another one again!!! XD
@ shiki: i duunno lol! maybe? hahahah
--- ANOTHER Legend:
There was a legend about a girl who was murdered in a school.
There were two girls who competed to be the top of the class, One girl was popular and pretty, while the other was
poor and ugly. The poor and ugly girl studied harder one year and she became the head of the class. This angered the
other girl deeply, so she and her friends chased the head girl into a dark ally where they killed her. They dug out her eyes,
and gashed her mouth and nose, so she could not see, smell, or speak. The story told that the ghost of this girl
haunted the school & anyone found studying alone at night would be killed. But the ghost could only hear.
Many years later, students of this school told this story to all the head of classes, but it was only a legend.
Until one night. A student was studying late into the night, she's just become top student, and wanted to keep
her status, .. it was 11PM and no one was left in the school. While she was studying she heard the door of
the classroom creak closed. The girl thinking of the legend closed her eyes, and held her breath.
That's when she saw her, she was horrific, covered in blood. She came into the classroom, wandering silently
with her head bent down. == The girl creep ed silently to the door and left the classroom. She forgot and
let out one small sigh of relief, .... the ghost heard this and was hanging above the door ... Ready to kill her.
t
=O lol and she had to sigh when the ghost was still around! Oh well bad luck I guess xD
wow, creepy. o.O
But that was going too far, killing a girl just cos she got better grades then you. >:I
I would never do something like that *cough cough*
okay, maybe I'd just ignore them for a few days, hehe.
Yes, and stab them a few times with the knife and everyone will be cool ;D jk
Well, that's what we call OverJealousy. LOL, nevermind that. xD

Another~ hahahaha >:]
A doctor was in the elevator, floor by floor, people went out. There's only two of them
left when suddenly the elevator went to the basement where the morgue is located.
A little kid was approaching the elevator calling for the doctor saying he wants to get on.
The doctor immediately closed the elevator door without letting the kid in.
The person beside him asked why he did not let the little kid in. The doctor replied,
"Did you see the red tag on that kid's wrist? It means that he's dead already."
then, the person replied, "Doctor, you mean like this?" raised his arm and showed a red tag
:omg: Woah! I like this one! The doctor might be freaked out when he saw the red tag on the guy's arm.....
Ah~ This one is a similar story to the one Shiki posted, but it's a different version.
The Other Watcher
A man went to a hotel and walked up to the front desk to check in. The woman at the desk gave him his key and told him that on the way to his room, there was a door with no number that was locked and no one was allowed in there. Especially no one should look inside the room, under any circumstances. So he followed the instructions of the woman at the front desk, going straight to his room, and going to bed. The next night his curiosity would not leave him alone about the room with no number on the door. He walked down the hall to the door and tried the handle. Sure enough it was locked. He bent down and looked through the wide keyhole. Cold air passed through it, chilling his eye.
What he saw was a hotel bedroom, like his, and in the corner was a woman whose skin was completely white. She was leaning her head against the wall, facing away from the door. He stared in confusion for a while. He almost knocked on the door, out of curiosity, but decided not to. This disinclination saved his life. He crept away from the door and walked back to his room. The next day, he returned to the door and looked through the wide keyhole. This time, all he saw was redness. He couldn't make anything out besides a distinct red color, unmoving. Perhaps the inhabitants of the room knew he was spying the night before, and had blocked the keyhole with something red.
At this point he decided to consult the woman at the front desk for more information. She sighed and said, "Did you look through the keyhole?" The man told her that he had and she said, "Well, I might as well tell you the story. A long time ago, a man murdered his wife in that room, and her ghost haunts it. But these people were not ordinary. They were white all over, except for their eyes, which were red."
Grocery List
You get a phone call from your Mother. Since her car has been in the shop, she asks you to go to the grocery store and pick up a few odds and ends for her. Bread, milk, cereal, and chicken breasts.
After writing down a small list you reluctantly get in the car and pick up the items at the store. The lady cashier makes an odd remark to you: "You know, we're in no danger of a milk shortage."
Upon arriving at her house you knock several times. No answer. You decide to try the door. It opens. You place the grocery bag on the counter. Strange. There seems to be six other grocery bags, each with identical contents. In a couple, the chicken and the milk has gone bad. "Mom," you call out, but no answer. You make your way through the kitchen and into the living room.
Sitting on the couch, with her head cut off and neatly resting on her lap, is your Mother.
Naturally you call the police who come over to investigate. They mention that she has been dead for nearly a week. Furthermore, the police psychiatrist is at the scene and talks to you after you give your initial statement. Sitting on the front steps, you overhear the psychiatrist talking with the crime scene investigator. "It's not uncommon for people suffering from schizophrenia to get locked into a series of repetitive behaviors," he says.
You think to yourself, "They can't be talking about me. Schizophrenia? No way. Repetitive behavior? Do they think I did this?" Suddenly your cell phone goes off. "Hello?"
"Hi hun, it's me. Could you stop at the store and pick up some chicken and milk. Ohh, and I need some bread and cereal too."
"No problem Mom. I'll be right over..."

MOM?Mom?
The scariest thing that ever happened to me happened when I was 8 and had just convinced my parents to make give my brother his own room. Now, the two important things to understand before I tell this story are :
1)I was afraid of the dark, so I kept the hall light on all night and my door open
2)I could see the stairs that led to the main floor very clearly from my bed when the door was open.
Now, as I was saying, I had just gotten my brother to sleep in a different room for the first time ever, so I was a little scared. I had just woken up from a bad sleep and was a little groggy, so I sat up and started counting (a trick of my dad's to fall back asleep). I look out the door and see my mom going downstairs. Being 8, I decide to tell her I can't sleep, so I call her. She doesn't answer and goes right down the stairs, so I follow her. She goes around the corner at the bottom of the stairs (still not answering me) and, still following, I look. She isn't there. All the lights downstairs are off. The whole main floor is, presumably, empty. So I run to my parent's room to ask my dad what is going on, and there is my mum, sleeping. I woke her up to ask why she went downstairs and she had no idea what I was talking about.
I went back to my room, very scared and trying to fall back asleep, so I start counting. I look out the door again, and see my mum coming back up the stairs, then she looks at me. I just closed my eyes and couldn't open them for the rest of the night. It is still the most unsettling thing I have ever gone through. I can't even write it without getting chills.

A young girl is left home alone with only her dog to protect her. When night approaches, she locks all the doors and tries to lock all the windows but one won't close.
She decides to leave it unlocked and goes to bed. Her dog takes its customary place under her bed.
In the deep of night she awakens to a dripping sound coming from the bathroom. The girl is too scared to go check so she reaches her hand under the bed. She feels a reassuring lick from her dog and falls back to sleep. She reawakens to the dripping sound, reaches her hand down to the dog where she feels the reassuring lick and falls back to sleep. Once more she awakens to the dripping sound. She reaches her hand down and feels the lick of her dog.
Now curious about the dripping sound, she gets up and slowly walks towards the bathroom, the dripping sound getting louder as she approaches. She reaches the bathroom and turns on the light. She is greeted by a horrific sight; hanging from the shower nozzle is her dog with its throat slit open and its blood dripping into the bathtub.
Something on the bathroom mirror catches her eye she turns around. Written on the bathroom mirror in her dog's blood are the words "HUMANS CAN LICK TOO".

There's a girl that lives on the 14th floor of an apartment: the top floor. One night she is going home in the elevator late at night and a man steps in with her. He begins talking to her and making small talk. He says he just moved in and lives on the 13th floor. She remarks that must be why she never saw him before and she lives the floor above him. When it arrives on the 13th floor he steps out, the doors close behind him but he turns around and smiles through the elevator door window, pulling out a knife from his jacket. He quickly runs off and heads up the stairs to the 14th floor, as the girl goes up in the elevator towards her inevitable death.
I have a really short one. Not so creepy but I think its still considered scary..
At midnight, a man was walking down the streets and saw a girl with her skipping rope, skipping.
However, no matter how long she was skipping, he heard her say 98, 98, 98, 98
So one day, he want up to her to ask her why is she always says the same number.
Suddenly the girl turned back and killed him.
She continued skipping and started saying 99, 99, 99
lol... short and sweet!
I recently heard a good one from my friend lol she kinda freaked me out a little XD
A man was alone at his house when his phone rang. He picked it up and said "Hello?" and the person answered "My name is Mary, I am coming." The man wanted to ask her what she meant by "coming" but the girl hang up.
A few minutes later the phone rang again and it was the same person saying: "My name is Mary, I am in front of your door." The man was really shocked but when he looked outside from his window he saw nothing.
The phone rang once again and this time the person said: "My name is Mary, I am inside of your house." The man began to feel scared but he thought that it was just a prank call.
Another phone call and the same person said: "My name is Mary, I am upstairs." The man didn't even had the time to put his phone back that another phone call came...
"My name is Mary, you can turn around now."
